Delivery Area

We currently deliver within South Africa only. We do not offer international delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 1–3 business days after the order has been confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer because of product availability, the customer’s location, courier delays, weekends, public holidays, severe weather, or unusually high order volumes.

Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive order and delivery updates using the email address or telephone number supplied during checkout.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please check your address and contact information carefully before completing your purchase.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been confirmed.

Delayed or Missing Orders

We will investigate the delivery and provide an update as soon as possible.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Someone must be available to accept the parcel at the delivery address. Additional delays or charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect.
