These Terms of Service govern your use of lumisum.com and purchases made from Lumisum (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
1. Store and contact details
Lumisum operates this online store. You can contact us at vonga0389@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract or have permission from a parent or guardian. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the store or use the service for unlawful purposes.
3. Products and information
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography and normal manufacturing differences. Product availability may change without notice.
The Lumisum Arm Trainer is exercise equipment. Use it only as directed, inspect it before use and stop using it if damaged. Product information is not medical advice. If you have an injury, health condition or concern about exercise, seek appropriate professional advice before use.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, subject to payment authorisation and availability. We may cancel and refund an order if the product is unavailable, the price or description contains a clear error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and UK delivery information. Contact us immediately if anything is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
5. Prices and payment
Prices shown to UK customers are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless checkout clearly states otherwise. The total price and any delivery charge will be shown before payment. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.
6. Fulfilment and delivery
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party supplier or logistics partners on our behalf. Lumisum remains your point of contact for the order.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is free and most orders are estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, weekends, UK bank holidays, severe weather or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or a person you nominate.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return an item or request a remedy are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The website content, branding, graphics, text and layout are owned by or licensed to Lumisum and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where the law allows.
9. Third-party services and links
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics and fulfilment services. Third-party links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites, but this does not reduce our responsibility for your order or your legal rights against us.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of your statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a purchase made wholly for personal use.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms displayed when you place an order will apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a UK consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live and may bring a claim in the courts available to you under those laws.
